Customer Growth at Booksy is responsible for connecting millions of clients and hundreds of thousands of providers with our platform. We're the driving force behind Booksy's global expansion - and we account for 60% of our people.

This is where strategy meets execution. Our teams know their local markets inside out, ensure providers succeed after they sign up, and introduce Booksy to new audiences worldwide.

We live by the principle that Booksy does well when our providers do well. Our part is to build and operate a growth engine that enables us to acquire and retain providers and consumers in every community where Booksy operates.

Ripsy leads our largest team - Customer Growth - responsible for connecting providers and clients with our platform. She ensures we operate efficiently, grow strategically, and deliver experiences that keep our community thriving.

The teams you'll be joining

  • Sales

    Local teams across the U.S., Poland, Spain, UK, and France who know their regions inside out. You'll require grit and resilience—you'll hear "no" more than "yes." But when you close deals that help people build better businesses (a barber with a full schedule, a stylist with time for family, a salon owner with tools to compete), you'll feel it. You'll manage pipelines, conduct demos, and hit targets in competitive markets where every win matters.

  • Customer Support

    Frontline. Fast pace. Varied queries. Providers contact you when payments fail or bookings disappear—but also when they're adding team members, launching new services, or want advice on maximizing our tools. Clients reach out when they can't find appointments or need help booking. You stay level whether someone's stressed or just needs quick help. When you unblock a provider's business or help them grow it, you're the front line of trust and community.

  • Growth Strategy
    & Analytics

    You'll optimize every opportunity by turning data into action. Provide the insights and frameworks that guide expansion, improve conversion, track performance, and identify new growth opportunities. Your analysis shapes where we invest, which markets we enter, and how we scale smarter.

  • Customer 
    Success

    You'll help beauty pros get real value from Booksy after they sign up. Onboard new users, optimize their setup, and ensure they're getting maximum value. Some days you're troubleshooting technical issues. Other days you're showing a salon owner how to reduce no-shows or a barber how to fill last-minute openings. When a provider tells you they booked 20% more clients or saved time they now spend with family, that's your impact.

  • Marketing

    You'll introduce Booksy to new audiences, build awareness in competitive markets, and create campaigns that connect providers with the clients who need them. Your work helps businesses get discovered across channels—social, search, email, partnerships—and keeps our community engaged. You're telling the Booksy story in ways that resonate market by market.

  • Business
    Operations

    You'll ensure seamless delivery across Customer Growth. Keep processes efficient, teams aligned, and execution sharp. Manage coordination across functions, build systems that scale, and ensure teams have what they need to execute without friction. Your work is what allows us to grow fast without breaking what works.
